About Lacey

Hello! Children know me as Ms Lacey! For over 20 years I have worked with children aged 3 to 18, but mainly focusing on Preschool. A licensed Child Development Specialist, my skills include patience, structure, creativity, gentle discipline, and a splash of whimsy! With a college degree in child development, ACDS certification, WV STARS Level 6, First Aid and CPR training, I'm well-equipped to care for up to three children. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and love educational games that promote learning. I have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and don't smoke. I also am skilled at religious instruction or support for a variety of faiths, and have experience and training in supporting children with various kinds of neurodivergence.. Currently I'm offering a School Readiness program, to help young children strengthen key skills necessary for entering group learning situations. Let's connect and see how I can support your family!
