About Lacey

I'm a warm, grounded caregiver and mother of two teenagers. With over 15 years of experience supporting families and youth in the mental health field, I bring a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned approach to childcare. I've served as a live-in nanny and, more recently, as a home manager for a family with multiple children. I'm comfortable entering a home, assessing what's needed, and taking initiative to keep things running smoothly-whether that means planning activities, helping with routines, or simply being a calm, supportive presence. Children thrive when they feel safe and understood, and I love creating spaces where they can explore, play, and grow with confidence.
