About Lacia

Hi! My name is Lacia and I've been a formal childcare provider for a total of 5+ years and cared for children many years beyond that. I have experience with 6-month-olds all the way up to 11-year-olds. I'm formally trained in CPR for both infants and adults and am willing to renew that certificate. I also am a former swimmer and lifeguard. I love taking the kids out into parks, pools, and museums. I also am open to elderly care, though I am new to that realm of caretaking. I'd describe my personality as calm, engaged, and understanding. I like working with kids because they teach me something new everyday. I'm looking for a job that has W-2 pay, benefits, and a family that is kind and structured. In my spare time, I like to watch tv shows and movies. I also like to read and crochet. One thing you should know about me is that I'm willing to learn. My skills include safety training, years experience, and an overall caring approach.
