Hi, my name is Lady. I am 38 years old and have been working as a nanny for 7 years, including 4 years in a nanny share. My experience is primarily with babies from 3 months old up to 2, 3, and 4 years old. I am originally from Colombia, I speak Spanish, and I have an intermediate understanding of English.

I have a valid work permit, my own car, and I always follow parents' guidelines to ensure the best care for their children. I renewed my CPR course for two years in September, along with my First Aid course.

Viviana was absolutely wonderful with my 2 year old daughter and cared for her better than I could have imagined. She was always on time. She had a great comforting smile and my daughter absolutely adored her! I would 100% recommend her to any families with little kids or babies. 

Viviana has been with my daughter, L, for over two years, and to say she has become part of our family would be an understatement. L. is my miracle baby, and like many new moms, I was incredibly anxious about leaving her in someone else’s care. From day one, Viviana gave me peace of mind—and over time, she earned something even deeper: my full trust.
Viviana is the only caregiver L has ever known, and to her, Viviana isn’t just a nanny—she’s “Nana.” My daughter wakes up in the mornings and one of the first things she asks is, &#34;Nana, where are you?&#34; In all the time she’s been with us, Viviana has never missed a day. Not one sick day. Not one time I had to wonder if she’d show up. She has been unbelievably dependable, deeply nurturing, and endlessly flexible with my unpredictable schedule.
She loves my daughter as if she were her own, and that love is mutual. L absolutely adores her. Viviana has supported not just L, but me—with advice, wisdom, and calm reassurance that only comes from experience and genuine care. I trust her more than I trust most family members.
This transition is heartbreaking for us. I wish I could keep her forever—honestly, if I had it my way, Viviana would move in and homeschool L! Whoever is lucky enough to have Viviana next is truly receiving one of God’s greatest angels. She is rare. She is gold. She is family.

I am convinced there is no better nanny in the world than Viviana. She is every parent’s dream. There is truly nobody I trust more with my child. She has been our nanny for 2 years and we have never had one issue. Everyone that knows our family knows how amazing Viviana is. She treats our daughter as if she were her own and is very in tune to her needs. Our daughter has learned SO much from her including Spanish! She does activities all day to entertain her (cooking, dancing, swimming, crafts, playgrounds, etc.). Many of my daughter’s favorite and most special days are days planned for her by Viviana. When we get home from work not only is our daughter happy but the house is nice and tidy. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. My husband and I will truly sing her praises for the rest of our lives for all she has done for our daughter and our family. Whoever gets the honor of having her as their nanny next is seriously hitting the jackpot! 

Viviana is amazing! My daughter adores her, and she was so good with her. She kept our house tidy and took care of little details without being asked. She is sweet, punctual and trustworthy. I highly recommend her!  

Viviana is genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met. She watched both our children from about 4 months old to 18 months old, and we loved having her in our home. You’d be lucky to have her. 

There are not enough stars here to fully capture how amazing Viviana is. Viviana was our nanny for both of our two young babies until they started daycare at 18 months. She is kind, loving, and empathetic and brought her warm personality into our home for three and a half wonderful years. Any family would be lucky to hire her for their children. She is punctual and rarely, if ever, misses a single day, and cares for our home as if it was her own. She helped me immensely with the baby transitions— from nap schedules to trying solids and walking she was there for all of it and I couldn't have done it without her. Viviana is the best and we miss her dearly! 

My family hired Viviana as she was leaving a nanny share of 3.5 years. We just parted ways with our nanny and looked for someone equally as amazing, but only needed someone short-term. Viviana was so amazing. Our son is 2 and has Autism. She has so much experience with children that it did not scare her. She is friendly, respectful, and diligent. She followed a schedule flawlessly, and we never had to ask anything of her twice. We trusted her fully, and our son clicked with her fast. Being in the spectrum, it takes time for him to be comfortable with others. If you are looking for care, I suggest you reach out to her immediately because she will not be available for long.

Before I say anything else, I want to say that if you are considering Viviana, you should definitely hire her! She is AMAZING and you will not regret this decision! 

Viviana has been our nanny for the past year. Our daughter was 6 months old when we started and I was admittedly nervous to hand over my baby, especially because my little one had multiple allergies, was not a good sleeper, and was very attached to me. Viviana, however, was able to put me at ease across every domain! She took all the allergies seriously, was so patient and loving with Lily even when she was extremely fussy or having some separation anxiety, and - most importantly- she made Lily feel safe. 

Viviana is also NOT a nanny who will put your child in front of a tv or tablet for hours a day! They went on daily walks, went to the playground, nature walks, and had dance parties! 

We nicknamed Viviana the baby whisperer because somehow she got my daughter to be calm, sleep well, eat well, and play well! She was truly happy with Viviana And we will miss her tremendously! 

Trust me, you will not regret hiring Viviana! 


Viviana was an absolute blessing to our family. Our 3 year old loved her from the moment they met. He still wants to call her all the time. She was very instrumental in getting him to start talking, and eating certain foods. They loved cooking together. Viviana helped me with things should the house if needed. She often made lunch, wages and folded his clothes, kept his room clean and kept him busy with many activities. We absolutely love her and would highly recommend. 

Baby got sick at the last minute and I had to attend a meeting. Viviana saved the day! Such a sweet and soft person my baby took to her immediately. She was on time and ready to go! She even helped me by folding some baby clothes that were sitting out! Wow! I will definitely book again.
