About Laila

As a caregiver with experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children's development in a safe and nurturing environment. My background includes some high school education and CPR training. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, regularly updating them about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. I prefer a collaborative approach to childcare, respecting parents' preferences while also offering my expertise and experience. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to handle challenging situations with ease. Instead of enforcing strict rules, I prefer to foster a positive and respectful atmosphere where children can learn and grow. Engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles are some of my favorite ways to spend time with them. With a maximum capacity of caring for two children at a time, I'm available to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
