I hired Lana and she brought 2 other people to clean but they didn't speak English. I think they were good but they talked amongst themselves. Than Lana wanted to charge me more than the agreed upon price. Then in the end she said she didn't want to come to my neighborhood as it was farther from the neighborhood she has more clients living in. So a lot of back and forth and not much to show for it.
