About Lara

After spending many years working for a "boss", I decided to venture into caring for others because it was the most rewarding thing I've done. My experience is caring for pets and my family members. I took care of my father, 82, in his final year from hospital to rehab to home and that repeated 3 times until he passed Dec of 2019. My best friend of 25 yrs he passed Jan 2021 at 59; I lived with him the entire COVID time, taking him to treatments and Dr visits, taking care of the house, 2 dogs, 1 acre, medication, and road trips just so he could feel the wind on his face. I also cared for my mother in the early and later stages of dementia until she passed July 2024. I'm a good listener, dependable, calm and I understand how not to take things personally. I truly care how elderly are cared for and treated so I signed up for new friendships (my clients) and hopefully my final workplace in my lifetime.
