Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel discouraging and exhausting. Supporting family health and well-being is my passion! I coach families navigating challenges like behavior, life skills, communication, potty training, disordered eating, sleep issues, and trauma. As a homeschooling mother of six with over 40 years of experience working with children, I've gained valuable insight into fostering growth, resilience, and joy within a family. My children and I share a love for learning and creativity. Together, we enjoy playing instruments, sewing, reading, cooking, hiking, camping, skiing, and tennis. I believe in creating a home that inspires learning, growth, and integrity, balanced with healthy movement and outdoor adventures.
