Larissa was our first nanny we've hired for our twin toddlers and she was incredible. She made our 14-month-old twins comfortable within minutes of meeting them. She was able to take over the household almost immediately. She kept our home spotless and even our boys spotless (somehow). Larissa communicates extremely efficiently and before I hired her, she even explained more about herself with questions I should've been asking, but didn't even think to. She also asked us a bunch of questions to make sure that we were all making the correct decision in bringing her on. If she wasn't taking a full-time position with another family, we would've gladly continued to use her services.
