Lashada was loving and kind towards our daugther. She maintained our implemented scheduled and was extremely communicative. Be aware she spent a significant amount of time on her phone while caring for our daugther, needed a great deal of support when it came to making decisions and was not the cleanest. Luckily my wife installed nanny cameras in our home because we would not have known this had she not. Overall we decided she was not a good fit for our family.
