About Laudy

Laudy has been an extraordinary caregiver for our little one and another baby for nearly a year. She established a remarkable connection with both children almost immediately, and this bond has only deepened over time. Laudy balances nurturing warmth and appropriate structure. She provides incredibly loving care while maintaining clear boundaries through her consistently calm and gentle approach. She is reliable and has adhered to our guidance regarding daily schedules and routines. Laudy has enriched our children's development by teaching them both Spanish and sign language. She was often the first to notice new milestones or detect when they weren't feeling well. Laudy proactively built a supportive community by connecting with other local nannies and organizing regular playdates, ensuring our children enjoyed daily social interactions with peers. Laudy has truly become a part of our families. Though the children will soon transition to school, we are committed to maintaining her presence in their lives.
