About Laura

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the last couple decades, I've been privileged to assist children, adults and seniors, promoting their independence and well-being. My education complements my hands-on experience in providing reliable care for families. I am a licensed massage therapist and reiki practitioner, I've been working with all types of people with different abilities and ages since I was 18 anything from cognitive impairment to physical. I've been a massage therapist for 13 years and I am currently in school at UNC Charlotte for sociology. I'm known for my patient, calm, and friendly demeanor. I am professional and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
