Just wow. What a hard worker. I have 2 toddlers and 2 big dogs and my home was getting overwhelming. Laura made such a huge impact on her first day and left the house not only spotless, but she tidied and organized way beyond the scope of what I was expecting for 1 day of work. She did it all. Cleaned home top to bottom, washed and folded clothes, changed bed linens, tidied my garage that you could barely even walk into, tidied my pantry. She even took it upon herself to change my shower curtain (I had bought a new one and its been sitting in my bathroom for weeks waiting to be changed) she saw my intention and just took the initiative. I am very impressed and im so excited to hire her for recurring cleanings. Highly recommend.

This person "Laura" showed up 45 min late for initial interview, we gave her a chance but decided after 2 weeks to end our cleaning service with her. After her first day cleaning our home (during which I personally spent half that time showing her around and working with her) she sent me a link to write her a review, that explains how she pushes people into getting reviews on here. She wasn't the right fit for us because she simple does not do any actual cleaning. Nothing was scrubbed down in the bathrooms/showers/tubs, dirt and hair left along perimeters of house and kitchen, smudges of cleaning product on shower screens and glass surfaces and had I not been there to ask if she even took out the kitchen garbage that too wouldn't have been done either. Couldn't remember many of the things that were shown to her, too preoccupied with her phone and asking nosy personal questions. This person responded in an immature and narcissistic way upon receiving notice that we no longer wanted to continue working with her. We tried to make it work but her cleaning is simple not on any level that is acceptable for the rates that she charges.

Hired “Laura”.  She came 4x.  On her 5th visit, I expressed I was disappointed from the last time she was here because she said she cleaned my daughter’s room and when I went to move her bed, underneath was full of dust, crayons, pencils, socks, garbage, all of which she saw at the same time.  After our conversation, I went in my other daughter’s room to take the sheets of her bed.  I received a text from Laura saying that she has decided to stop working at my house.  That the housekeeper is always to blame.  I wasn’t blaming her for anything.  I was just simply pointing out that there were some areas that were overlooked.  I looked outside, and she was gone!  Called her 3x with no answer.  Sent her texts, asking her to come back so we can talk, which I know she read with no response.  I provided everything she needed and more.  I also provided lunch from a place of her choice every week.  I’ve always told her that I know she works very hard, and expressed my gratitude by always thanking her for her hard work.  Told her that I would have appreciated she come to me directly and we could have talked, rather than receive a text and her simply leaving.  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!  If I’m paying for a service that you’re providing, and I have any concerns, I should be able to come to you without you taking it personally for being offended by what I said.  She wants a review written after her first visit.  I don’t do that.  I do write reviews after a 1 time visit.  I write one after I’ve experienced how you work over a period of time.  So, since she’d been asking me to continuously write a review for her, now is the perfect time to share how UNPROFESSIONAL she is, and would not hire nor recommend her to anyone!!!

Very Professional and trustworthy. Laura does an amazing job cleaning. I am also able to trust her being at my home alone.

Laura arrived 15 minutes early and after we discussed what was needed to be done, she started cleaning the kitchen.  She then proceeded to clean both bathrooms.  She didn't stop until her day was done.  On her next visit, she is going to help me unpack the moving boxes.

Laura arrived on time. She started right away cleaning out my kitchen and then cleaning the bathrooms. Because I had just moved, we started emptying the moving boxes.  She works straight through without taking many breaks. I'm looking forward for her to  come back.
