About Laura

I am passionate for supporting children and their families. I am a mother of three children (a 13-year-old old son and 10-year-old identical twin daughters). I am a UC Berkeley graduate with a bachelors degree in sociology and a bachelors degree in mass communications. I decided to take a break from 23 years in the corporate world to focus on my family for the past 2 years. I am patient, creative, and approachable . As a parent, I have taken coursework in early childhood development and supporting children throughout their many phases of personal development and learning styles. I'm happy to engage them with outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am also comfortable supporting household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I believe in making a positive impact on children's lives, and I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to your family.
