About Laura

I'm Laura, a 27-year-old bilingual (English & Spanish) childcare professional with 5 years of experience and CPR certification. I love creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. I have cared for children of various ages, including two children (ages 1 and 4) as an Au Pair, a 1-year-old as a babysitter, and groups of 4-10-year-olds at summer camps and recreational programs. I've also taught dance and creative classes for children, combining creativity, science, and play to inspire learning and fun. My background as a biologist and former researcher at Johns Hopkins University helps me bring curiosity and structure into activities that promote development.
