I never intended to accept a Senior Care position until a very persistent woman found my bio on Care. com. I told her I didn't have any experience with Senior Care. I was a nanny and pet sitter. She didn't care. She kept reaching out until I finally agreed to do it on a test-basis. Needless to say, she got what she wanted. I ended up assisting her until she moved out of state. I miss her dearly. I've recently been hired by a dear friend of mine to help care for her mom who has dementia. I'm considering adding another person to my schedule. I truly love working in Senior Care.
