For the past 15+ years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care and support to adults and seniors, fueled by a genuine desire to enhance their well-being and independence. As a retired Licensed Practicing Nurse and Home Health Assistant. I offer a range of services, including transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm patient, attentive, and empathetic, always prioritizing understanding a care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and understanding. I follow the family's preferred communication method.
