Hi, I'm Lauren! I am a 25-year-old college graduate who is now pursing real estate and part time child care. I have 10+ years of experience caring for children from infants to teenagers. While I have lots of experience caring for kids of all ages, in the past few years I've been blessed to have gotten to nanny for several newborns. I have a lot of experience with infants and have taken care of babies as young as 3 months through them turning 1-year-old and beyond. I take pride in being a reliable, calm, and loving child care provider. I am currently looking for a 2 or 3 day-per-week position in Fayetteville or Rogers with kiddos of any age! Lauren took care of our infant daughter for 3 weeks during a transitional period of my maternity leave and our full time childcare start date and I'm so incredibly grateful to have had her during that time. Because Lauren would be with us for such a short period of time and things were hectic with me returning to work, I was unable to give Lauren a lot of direction or guidance. She did not need it and required virtually no support during her time with us. She handled every situation she faced with confidence and care. We called her the baby whisper. She has a special gift of caring for babies and children. My daughter never cried while Lauren was taking care of her, all of her needs were fully met and Lauren was able to anticipate her next need before she ever got fussy. I swear Lauren is actually a key part of us being to very successfully transition my daughter into a schedule. Lauren was reliable, flexible, trustworthy and an overall joy to have in our home!
