About Lauren

Hi! I'm an Early Childhood Education major at OU and a senior in college. I've been working in childcare for about 4 years and have experience with children ages 0-12. I've spent the last 3 years working at a daycare, where I've managed classrooms of over 20 children on my own. I'm patient, understanding, and really enjoy building connections with kids. I love planning crafts, fun activities, and engaging games, and I can also support children with homework or create simple learning activities since I'm currently studying to be a teacher. I'm confident in keeping a good balance of structure and fun, and I always try to guide behavior in a calm, positive, and respectful way. I'll be home for the summer and would love to help out with childcare!
