As a natural caregiver, I am passionate about supporting seniors who are in a tender stage of life and have experienced so much throughout their journey. For much of my career, I worked in customer support in the technology sector. My experience as an agent, training specialist, and manager has taught me the essential customer support best practices and project management skills which come in handy in this line of work.
