With over eight years of childcare experience, I bring a dependable, nurturing, and organized approach to supporting families. I'm 28 years old, and for the past six years I've worked as an Executive Real Estate Assistant and Personal Assistant, with part of my role focused on caring for my employer's daughter from age 4 to 10. I handled daily babysitting, creative activities, school and sports pickups, meal prep, and keeping a clean, structured environment. Before that, I spent two years in childcare at the YMCA, gaining hands-on experience with children of all ages and building strong skills in supervision, safety, and group engagement. I'm calm under pressure, adaptable to each family's routine, and passionate about creating a positive, supportive, and fun environment for children.
