My experience started helping to take care of my dad who had dementia. Then I saw how rewarding it was to be able to help those who can't help themselves. I started taking care of other family members and then by word of mouth it spread to others. I can help with light housekeeping, light meal prep, grocery shopping, running errands and other such things. I can also help with medication reminders, bathing, dressing and some lifting. I cannot lift dead weight but I'm happy to assist them in getting up from the bed, chair or car to a wheelchair or walker. I'll gladly play cards or games, walk or sit outside; whatever your loved one enjoys. Hope to work with you soon.
