There is a caregiver then there are people in this world like Lauren, Who myself & family considered an angel on earth! She came in & started working for our family to care for my sick aunt at a time we were overwhelmed & blindsided by how fast of a decline my aunts dementia was taking. She never failed to step up to help whenever we needed her on her days off or scheduling conflicts. She is sweet caring & truely does love & care as if she’s caring for her own family. The last months of my aunts life I considered Lauren more than a caregiver. She was our family, up until the last days of my aunts life when she didn’t leave her side & stayed overnight to make sure my aunt was taken care of never suffered or never in pain. Dementia is an ugly disease & Lauren truely is an incredible woman & caregiver for the days she dealt with way more than needed but handled it with grace & a smile on her face!
