About Lauren

Inspired by the incredible mentors in my own childhood, I've dedicated the last 12 years to nurturing young minds. My graduate degree and art education background, combined with Early Child Development Coursework, provide me with a strong foundation for creating enriching experiences. I also have experiences as a behavior technician working with kids with developmental or behavioral disabilities. I am a patient and spunky caregiver who offers a safe space for children to learn and grow. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing all types of games, from card and board games to outdoor activities and art projects. I am also willing to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I maintain current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. I prefer to communicate with parents through daily reports, incident reports, text, or phone calls. I'm eager to bring my passion for childcare into your home and help your child thrive.
