About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm a 2024 graduate of Michigan State University with over 5 years of hands-on childcare experience. I previously worked at a daycare for three years, caring for children of various ages, and I also completed an internship as a behavior technician, where I worked closely with children with autism. In addition, I spent two summers babysitting for a family, which gave me valuable experience with in-home routines, schedules, and building strong relationships with both children and parents. I have my own reliable transportation, I'm comfortable with pets, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping. I'm dependable, patient, and passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children.
