Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm a passionate, patient tutor with a strong background in helping students build confidence and improve their academic performance. I am a third year finance major at The University of Florida. With years of experience working with elementary-aged students, I specialize in foundational subjects like math, reading, and writing, as well as test prep strategies that reduce anxiety and boost scores. I take the time to understand each student's unique learning style and adapt my approach to meet their needs whether that means breaking down complex concepts, building better study habits, or keeping sessions fun and engaging. My goal is to not only help students succeed academically but to also encourage a love of learning that lasts beyond the classroom.
