About Lauren

Caring for others has been a part of my life since I was young. I grew up with a mother who had multiple sclerosis, which taught me early on how to show up with patience, empathy, and genuine care. Through that experience, I developed strong skills in assisting with daily routines including meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, light housekeeping, and providing companionship. I understand the importance of kindness, dignity, and trust, especially when supporting seniors who may need extra care and attention. Caregiving isn't just something I do it's something I deeply value. Helping others is, to me, one of the most meaningful things we can offer as humans. My goal is to bring comfort, safety, and warmth into every space I'm in and make sure the people I care for feel seen, respected, and supported.
