About Lauren

I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and have hands-on experience working in both preschool and elementary school settings. I began my career co-teaching and leading classrooms in early learning environments, where I developed a strong foundation in child development, classroom management, and differentiated instruction. I then transitioned into Special Education at the elementary level, serving as a one-on-one aide for students across various grade levels. In this role, I provided academic support tailored to individual learning needs, helped students stay focused, and reinforced concepts taught in the classroom. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to effectively support and guide students in a personalized learning setting.
