Lauren has been great with our 10 year old son. He is very comfortable with her. She provides great care for him while I'm still out of town in the process of moving home which is huge for a mama to trust someone when she's not around. She is flexible with my husband's hours, she's always on time, she let's me know a great deal in advance if she has another obligation so I can have time to find a backup for the day if needed, she's always offering to help do anything we need, and my son says she is a very nice lady! I am grateful to have found Lauren!!
