Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm passionate about providing reliable, nurturing childcare. I have 4+ years of experience caring for children ages 4+ and am comfortable with up to three kids at a time. As the oldest of my siblings, caring for children comes naturally to me. I've also volunteered with kids and worked at soccer camps and youth groups, giving me experience in both fun and structured environments. I love helping children grow, learn, and build confidence. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I prioritize clear communication with parents through updates at pickup and via text or phone. I follow each family's routines to keep things consistent. I enjoy planning activities like outdoor play, games, puzzles, and crafts, and I'm happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping.
