After living with my grandparents for 3 years in my early 20s, I realized how rewarding it can be to provide care to elderly individuals. I had to find a caregiver for my sister, as I had to fly out in 2 days to go home. So I Joined care.com. I could not have been luckier if god had picked her for us. She was everything we could have imagined.. She went above and beyond at every turn. My sister didn’t want the help. She has been independent her whole life and Lauren knew this and would be there, but never be in her way. My sister grew to love and appreciate and depend on her for everything. She was truly a gift from god.
