About Lauren

Hi! My name is Lauren, and I'm looking to support families as a postpartum doula. As a mom to a young kiddo myself, I understand how overwhelming and transformative the postpartum period can be--and I'm passionate about helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for during this time. With a background in social work, I bring a strong foundation in emotional well-being, family dynamics, and infant development. My approach is gentle, nonjudgmental, and responsive to each family's unique needs. I offer support with newborn care, feeding, soothing, establishing rhythms, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for both baby and parents. I also understand the importance of caring for the whole family--not just the newborn. Whether that means helping you get some much-needed rest, offering reassurance and guidance, or simply being a steady, supportive presence, I'm here to walk alongside you.
