Hello! I have 5 years of experience teaching first grade in both general and special education, along with 3 years of tutoring experience. I hold active licenses in Elementary Generalist (K-6) and Mild Interventions (K-6). I specialize in building strong foundations in reading and math, with a focus on phonics, decoding, fluency, and core math skills. I take a personalized approach, meeting students where they are and adapting strategies to fit their learning needs. With a background in special education, I'm comfortable supporting a wide range of learners and strive to create a supportive, confidence-building environment. I enjoy partnering with families to help students grow academically and feel successful.
