With over 20 years dedicated to supporting adults and seniors, I'm passionate about fostering their well-being and independence. As a Registered Nurse with a college degree, I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I always respect each person's independence. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is important to me. I find great joy in making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for.
