Hi! I have been taking care of people pretty much my whole life. I ran my own home daycare for infants and children for 11 years and have been caring for the elderly for over 30. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner, with over 20 years of experience caring for people with Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia. I have held many training classes for CNA's/HHA's in Alzheimer's care, Parkinson's, Hospice and Safety. I am also the author of the children's book: A BABY BROTHER FOR NALA. I love spending time with elders, making them smile and making sure their needs are met. I would love to help a family in need and give you peace of mind when you have to be away from your precious person. After caring for many people over the years, as well as my own mom, I know that this is what I am meant to do.

My family had hired Laurie to take care of our mom who had dementia and needed more care than what we could provide. Laurie is very kind and compassionate and my mom took to her right away.
