I've worked in daycare and for individual families, and remain close to those families. Laurie is very punctual and trustworthy. She is willing to go the extra mile to help out, was flexible with our schedule, and is very attentive. Our son absolutely loves and adores her. She was with our family since our son was 3 months old and she would play with him on the floor, rock him extra when he didn't feel well, and care for him lovingly, as I do. She is respectful of household/family rules and stays off of her phone in order to take the best care possible of the child. If she is available when we have another child, we would be absolutely thrilled to hire her again.
