My background includes health and wellness advocacy, public service, and supporting students with specialist needs giving me the skills to help with daily needs such as meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, and friendly companionship. I've also served in the U. S. Air Force and have worked with veterans on resource navigation for the last 10 years which taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of treating everyone like family.
