Hi! I'm Lavaun -- a nurturing, reliable nanny and household manager with 7 years of experience. I bring warmth, structure, and joy into every home, supporting child development while keeping things tidy and balanced. I also assist with light housework, errands, and daily routines. I'm currently taking inquiries for a nanny share starting May 2026. I'll be returning from maternity leave and looking to work with two families (one child each, ideally similar in age to my baby, who will be ~6 months). I will occasionally bring him and provide his own supplies. I'm open to rotating between family homes. Availability: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 6AM-4 p.m. or 7AM-5 p.m. Rates: $25/hr for 1 child | $16. 25/hr per family in a share Requirements: Payroll, guaranteed hours, WA sick/vacation pay, and a signed contract at time of hire. I also prefer families who work outside the home or have a private office setup.

Lavaun was easy to communicate with prior to providing care to our 5 month old infant. she did a great job of interacting with our baby. She sent pictures of some of their activities, which was great for our first date away from our infant! she documented all events of eating, diaper changes, sleep, etc. without prompting to do so. She also offered to do light housekeeping while we were away. I would definitely hire her again in the future!
