my name is lavender and I am currently 18 years old. This would be my first time in childcare, but here is a little bit about what I know. I have a deep-rooted passion for children, backed by over six years of consistent, family-centered childcare experience with my siblings. This commitment has instilled a strong sense of responsibility and nurturing. Crucially, I provide regular care for my9-month-old baby sister, giving me invaluable, current expertise in infant care, including routine management, safe handling, and soothing techniques. My primary goal is to create an environment where children feel truly safe, comfortable, and happy, bringing the same warmth and attentiveness I show my own family.
