Hello! I have worked with youth in many capacities since 2015. I hold multiple certifications, including Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, and Darkness to Light: Stewards of Children (prevention and response to child abuse). Roles & Experience - Tutoring, nannying, and substitute teaching (1st grade substitute, Nov-end of 2024; my class showed 60% growth on end-of-year math tests). - Classroom assistant & teacher lead in daycare - Afterschool & summer program planning - AmeriCorps Service member at Youth Villages (residential treatment for youth): tutoring, monthly event planning, career/education/future-life-success tutoring, service-learning, life-skills instruction (time management, nutrition, job skills), and participation in therapies (equine, animal, recreational). - High school Pre-K experience: assisted in-class, created and implemented lessons I am currently pursuing an MSW and plan to become a school social worker.
