Hi, I'm Lazé, a registered nurse and patient advocate with experience helping families navigate the often-confusing healthcare system. I provide personalized, compassionate support to make sure appointments, paperwork, and care plans are clear and manageable. I can organize records, prep for visits, sit in on telehealth appointments, or help communicate with providers -- helping prevent missed appointments, confusion with doctor instructions, referrals, and managing multiple medications, all with the goal of reducing hospital readmissions whenever possible. My flat-fee, concierge-style packages are practical and tailored to your needs, giving you peace of mind and saving time. Outside work, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, weight lifting, cafe hopping, traveling, and spending time with my 3 rambunctious kiddos.
