We loved meeting Leah and were very impressed with her interactions with our 2 year old son and 4 month old daughter. She immediately conveyed a sense of warmth and patience. She was also very open about her expectations, and it was clear that she was seeking a long-term position and would remain committed to a family. The only reason we did not hire Leah was that we found someone who lived much closer to our home, and we had a personal preference to hire someone who lived closer (though the commute was not a problem for Leah!). Any family will be fortunate to hire Leah as their nanny, and I have no doubt that she would have taken wonderful care of our children.
