About Leah

I'm a college student babysitter/pet-sitter with eight years of experience caring for children and animals. I come from a large extended family so I've grown up being around lots of children and animals, and throughout middle school and high school, I was always the neighborhood baby-sitter and pet-sitter. I moved to Texas for college and have continued to work with children and animals simply because I love it. I have experience working with all ages of children, infants through teenagers, as well as dogs, cats, and fish. I have house-sat for families with many animals numerous times, for several weeks at a time. I'm an Environmental Studies major and a certified Master Gardener, and am fascinated by nature and living things. I love outdoor activities, ranging from swimming to gardening to hiking to simply playing outside. I've always grown up with pets, and pet-sit as often as I can to get my animal fix since I'm in college and currently don't have any animals of my own.
