Hi! My name is Leah, I'm 20 years old and going into my junior year at the University of Maryland, College Park. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am part of the highly selective Justice and Legal Thought Scholars Program. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to earn my Bachelor of Nursing to pursue a career in pediatric healthcare. My academic background reflects my strong commitment to child development, learning, and care. I have volunteer tutoring experience through Maryland Mentor Corps, where I support young children across a range of core subjects including reading, math, and writing. I focus on building not just academic skills, but also confidence, critical thinking, and a genuine interest in learning. I bring patience, clarity, and enthusiasm to every session, and I tailor my approach to meet each child's unique learning style.
