Learning should be fun! One of the most important things when teaching someone a subject is to get them excited. There's nothing more amazing than that. I have worked with a variety of ages and across different disciplines. I try to incorporate learning activities and can assist in test preparation, study skills, assignments, concepts, you name it! I have a BS in Biology and MS in Ecology and Conservation Biology. I am currently a PhD student in Marine Biology and am an adjunct professor (2 days a week) at Davenport University. I love tutoring and teaching because I can help students overcome challenges and build on their critical thinking skills. I love the subjects that I teach and I hope to inspire the same passion in others In my spare time, I like to take dance lessons, do photography, go bowling with my partner, and write stories. My skills include patience, extra materials, and relating concepts to their own life.
