About Leann

I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years. I have worked with seniors for 30yrs included working in rehab facilities, skilled nursing and home health agency. I owned and operated a residential assisted living for the last 7 years. I still work as needed at my home health physical therapy job, a few visits a week just because I love it and it's flexible. I'd describe my personality as positive, fun and easy going I like caring for seniors because they deserve good care at this stage of their lives. Nothing beats getting to know who they are now and their stories from the life they lived. In my spare time, I like paddle boarding, camping, and hiking all with my best friend Rocky the best Portuguese water dog One thing you should know about me is I'm kind, have endless amounts of patience, and have years of PT skills. My skills include good communication, physical knowledge of caring for seniors with disabilities, and very dependable.
