Overall, we did not have concerns about the quality of care she provided. She was kind, personable, and treated our father with respect. However, reliability was an ongoing issue. She frequently would either needed to miss shifts, leave early, request schedule changes, or attend to personal or medical matters during scheduled work hours. Ultimately, she was unable to cover one of the shifts we required due to other obligations. While her reasons may have been legitimate, the frequency of schedule disruptions made it difficult for us to maintain consistent care, and we had to make the decision to go in another direction.
