About Leila

Growing up in a big family, caring for kids has always come naturally to me! I'm the third oldest of 10 children and have helped with little ones for as long as I can remember. With many younger cousins, I've babysat regularly over the years, building a strong foundation in childcare. I've worked with all ages, from infants to pre-teens, and spent the last two and a half years as a full-time nanny for two wonderful kids, ages five and three. This gave me a solid understanding of routines, developmental needs, and how to create a fun, structured environment. Parents appreciate my patient, creative, friendly approach and my ability to adapt to their preferred communication style. I follow household rules, love engaging kids through outdoor play, imaginative games, crafts, and reading, and I have my own car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my experience, reliability, and love for kids to a new family!
