About Lena

Hello! My name is Lena and I've always had a passion for helping young minds grow and develop. After completing some graduate coursework in counseling psychology, with a desire to work with children, I decided to pursue a career as a caregiver so that I could make a positive impact on children's lives and learn more about them. I believe that children thrive in environments where they feel supported and safe, so I strive to create a nurturing and caring space for them. My friendly and patient nature allows me to easily connect with children. I love to engage them in creative and imaginative play, such as board games, puzzles, and arts and crafts. I understand the importance of clear and open communication with parents, so I make sure to follow their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise.
