About Lensa

Hi! My name is Lensa, and I'm a dedicated career nanny with over five years of experience caring for children from infancy through elementary school. For the past four years, I've worked with a wonderful family. When I began, I cared for three children who were 3 months, 3 years, and 5 years old. Those same children are now 4, 8, and 9, and the family recently welcomed a new baby who is now 3 months old, who I also care for. Growing alongside them through so many stages has been incredibly special and has strengthened my ability to support children at different developmental levels. I focus on creating a warm, structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I'm comfortable managing multiple children, planning engaging activities, supporting routines, and helping keep the household running smoothly. I'm currently seeking a long-term position with a family that values consistency and partnership in childcare.
